Master Hire offers these hydraulic elevated work platforms, also known as a boom lift or a man lift, in a 12.2m working height option. This bi-energy cherry picker is fitted with a petrol engine and batteries and offers all the right features including a rotating basket and jib boom, plus dual controls for ease of use (ground and basket). The maximum platform height is 10.2m, meaning that the operator does not need a license to perform high risk work to operate.
Fitted with both batteries and a petrol engine, this unit offers the flexibility to be operated without engine fumes. Able to carry up to 200kg in the basket, this hybrid cherry picker is only 1.5m wide (excluding stabiliser legs), 4.5m long and weighs only 1300kg. Designed for firm surfaces, Master Hire cherry pickers are fitted with hydraulic stabilisers for greater steadiness when in the air.
The operator needs to be competent to operate this machine. A license to perform high risk work is not required for boom type EWPs with platform heights less than 11m.
