I recently needed to remove the glue/grout after lifting tiles. I went to Master Hire at Warana and received excellent advice and assistance and hired a Terazzo Machine. It was excellent and easy to use. It did the job perfectly! All of the staff were friendly and helpful and I will definitely use them again in the future.
I had some water ingress issues on my carpet after Cyclone Alfred. I emailed Master Hire - Gold Coast Sunday evening to organise a carpet blower to dry it as soon as possible. I hired a medium trencher. Great service to book it, Tahnee was brilliant and kept in touch with me about booking the machine as I was unsure of the date I’d need it in the beginning. I probably should have explained the job I was doing in a bit more detail. It did the job but a bigger machine that you stand on would have been easier for me. When it was on a slope it tipped up if I worked going down the slope making it ineffective and didn’t grip if I tried to go up the slope. I eventually got it done going up the slope but unable to use the self drive function at 400mm, it would work at 350mm but any deeper the wheels spun. I just had to raise the bar, move, lower the bar and dig then so on. I did find as a 5 foot nothing female this medium size was quite hard to manoeuvre solo. At the end of the day, I completed the job so it was a success. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. I’d use Master Hire again, next time I’d explain the job in more depth and check my ability to move the machine around.
I hired the WALK BEHIND STUMP GRINDER at from the Warana branch. Pick up was easy as was the drop off. Great service, good prices and the grinder did a great job.
Rented a lawn scarifier and lawn edger. Excellent service, very helpful and quick process all round. Staff were on hand to show me how to use the equipment before I took it away, and helped to load it up into my car.
Recently hire an airless spray paint gun from Dalby master hire. Machine was vertually brand new was ready to load straight into my ute when I arrived. The team where exceptional to deal with unlike some of the largest hire companies. Will definitely be returning for future hire
Electric Carpet cleaner/shampooer- item worked exactly as intended. Highly recommend these guys if you're chasing equipment to hire. Really good range of items to rent, affordable and transparent costs, highly informative, no deposit required and flexible booking process (can cancel or adjust at anytime with no cost). Overall, really good experience and would definitely come back to rent other items in the future.
Hired a one person cantilever post hole digger and small trailer for the weekend. The hire experience went really well. Both pick up and drop off were very easy, the guys showed me how to use the equipment and hooked up the trailer for me. The post hole borer went ok but our soil is almost all black soil and clay and it did find it hard to get through it and got stuck a few times. But that is more due to the soil type than anything. I was definitely better having it than not having it.
This mobile generator was terrific We had 4 air cons running fridges , lights etc 24 hours a day for 5 days over Christmas We used 130 Litres of diesel and we estimated we would need twice that amount we were going to get a 6 kva but they recommended an 8 so we would not have any problems . I give this company 110% out of 100 Barry
Hired a 9" Vermeer Chipper from Warana store over the weekend. Put gum, mahogany and brush box through it. Chipper more than adequate for the job. Great service by staff. Highly recommend Masters Hire for all your hire needs.

Shane picked up the machine for return whilst I wasn't at home and text me to let me know that he had arrived and picked up the machine. He locked the gate as per my instructions. We needed to move two horses from Brisbane to Tara and one from Rosalie Plains to Tara with very little notice. When I called Master Hire in Dalby they were very helpful and suggested that a weekend hire was my best option. Collecting the trailer after midday on Friday and returning it before midday on Monday. The pickup and drop off process was easy and seamless. We will definitely use Master Hire and recommend them to others in the future.

Called up on a Friday morning to hire something for the weekend. Was a nice surprise to find out you get the entire weekend until Monday morning for the cost of only one day.
Staff were nice and gave a good demo on how to use the equipment. Helped me load it in the ute and off I went. Equipment worked as expected and returned it Monday morning fuss free.
The only thing that caught me out is that quoted prices are not including gst and there was a damage waiver cost added too. A tradie probably knows this but was new to me.

The service from Master Hire was excellent. Mick was lovely on the phone and to be honest, I booked immediately with Master Hire as the other company wasn't as friendly and nice as Mick was! He even let me know that there was a weekend special for the carpet shampooer, a weekend hire for a day rate. I picked up the item was another colleague but I didn't get his name, he was delightful as well. He gave me a comprehensive run down on how to operate the cleaner. The cleaner worked great, I am just sad I ran out of time to clean everything! Drop off was super efficient, a really great first experience with Master Hire. I will definitely be coming back again.

We hired a cheery picker for the long weekend. The staff at Master Hire Morayfield where fantastic. While I was in the office sorting our the paperwork staff where getting out the cherry picker and had it ready to hook up on the hilux. They explained everything and where only too happy to answer any questions it had. I certainly recommend these guys to hire from.

Hired two lighting towers for a local sporting event. Good rates for the weekend and the lights were fantastic. They looked quite new, were reasonably quiet and worked perfectly for what we needed.

Last Saturday I rang Coffs Harbour Master Hire to see if they had a small motorised post hole digger. The gentleman on the desk indicated they had a single man 200mm unit, and he would leave it at the front counter. On arriving at the yard I was shown a very clean unit, and was given a thorough overview on digger, showing starting and safety features. The gentleman was courteous ,informative and instilled confidence in me as I had not used one of these before. My Wife was also impressed with the ease of dropping off the unit on Monday morning…just drive through. Thank you Master Hire for your customer service. I would definitely use your company again. I hired a HORSE TRAILER from Master Hire Dalby. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I am an older woman and was with my daughter. I called and booked the float. It was ready and waiting for me when we arrived. The paperwork was easy and we were ready to go. The gentleman were fantastic. Assisted in making sure the trailer was correctly fitted to the vehicle and all safety fittings were secure. We were offered the light connecting adaptor and the safety d-shackles to ensure all was ok.
On returning the float, again the men came out and disconnected the float from the vehicle for me. I am very thankful for their help. The trailer was well maintained and in good working order.
I will certainly be recommending them to family and friends. Absolutely great service. Thank you again.

The hire was awesome, the 1 tonne digger was resourced from Toowoomba by friendly Dalby staff for our weekend hire, and it was tidy, handed over efficiently and operation explained very clearly.
The weekend hire rate was brilliant, the digger was cheap to run and did a great job. Due to clay in our soil, I would probably look at the 1.7-ton next time, and we will be staying with Dalby Masterhire for our hire needs.
It really was a great experience, and I will be recommending Masterhire, and especially Dalby branch, to all my friends.

Efficient and friendly service. I hired an airless spray paint unit for a weekend. The motor experienced an electrical problem after closing time on the Saturday. I was able to call and speak with Drew after hours and subsequently able to swap it over for another unit first thing Sunday morning to allow me to complete my job. Very impressed, will be using these guys again.
