Master Hire’s 5t Excavators are the perfect tool for digging trenches, holes, or foundations. The machines powerful hydraulic arm carries a tilt head bucket designed for excavating cut and fill, soil, rock or gravel. Each machine is fitted with a fire extinguisher, battery isolation and emergency stop button. Other features include a powerful diesel engine, air-conditioned cab and a tilting quick hitch.

All our 5t excavators come with a wide range of attachments including:
Hydraulic batter blade
Complete range of buckets including 350 trenching bucket, 450mm general purpose bucket, 600mm bucket, and 750mm and 1200mm mud bucket
Optional extra attachments include – post hole borers, rippers, compaction wheels, rock grabs, rock breakers and 1200mm tilt head buckets available on request. Please note that the rock grab attachment itself weighs 248kg, bringing the safe working load (SWL) down to the noted limit in the specifications chart below for each excavator type.
