Stump Grinders – Large Tracked
Master Hire’s walk behind tracked stump grinders are ideal for undercutting large unsightly tree stumps and roots. Each unit is fitted with a wheel of tungsten tipped teeth that will grind and chip away at the wooden tree stump. This tracked unit is designed to efficiently cut away at tree stumps up to 482mm in diameter down as far as 350mm below ground level.
The 772kg tracked machine has an excellent centre of balance and features a skid steer drive providing excellent manoeuvrability over rough terrain. Intuitive controls provide one control for each track and a joy stick to control cutting head slew function (up to a 134 degree cutting arch). The machine’s overall width is 890mm which is perfectly designed to easily fit through most backyard gates.
