We needed to move two horses from Brisbane to Tara and one from Rosalie Plains to Tara with very little notice. When I called Master Hire in Dalby they were very helpful and suggested that a weekend hire was my best option. Collecting the trailer after midday on Friday and returning it before midday on Monday. The pickup and drop off process was easy and seamless. We will definitely use Master Hire and recommend them to others in the future.

Hired a tracked excavator for the weekend on the 2 for 1 deal and I was very satisfied. Must be a popular deal as the yard was near empty and the traffic through the Masterhire yard was busy. Team were great and gave me all the info I needed and made sure I was happy to operate the gear.

Called up on a Friday morning to hire something for the weekend. Was a nice surprise to find out you get the entire weekend until Monday morning for the cost of only one day.Staff were nice and gave a good demo on how to use the equipment. Helped me load it in the ute and off I went. Equipment worked as expected and returned it Monday morning fuss free.The only thing that caught me out is that quoted prices are not including gst and there was a damage waiver cost added too. A tradie probably knows this but was new to me.

The service from Master Hire was excellent. Mick was lovely on the phone and to be honest, I booked immediately with Master Hire as the other company wasn't as friendly and nice as Mick was! He even let me know that there was a weekend special for the carpet shampooer, a weekend hire for a day rate. I picked up the item was another colleague but I didn't get his name, he was delightful as well. He gave me a comprehensive run down on how to operate the cleaner. The cleaner worked great, I am just sad I ran out of time to clean everything! Drop off was super efficient, a really great first experience with Master Hire. I will definitely be coming back again.

We hired a cheery picker for the long weekend. The staff at Master Hire Morayfield where fantastic. While I was in the office sorting our the paperwork staff where getting out the cherry picker and had it ready to hook up on the hilux. They explained everything and where only too happy to answer any questions it had. I certainly recommend these guys to hire from.

Hired two lighting towers for a local sporting event. Good rates for the weekend and the lights were fantastic. Last Saturday I rang Coffs Harbour Master Hire to see if they had a small motorised post hole digger. Friendly team with good advice, competitive pricing and quality equipment. I hired a stump grinder with a trailer from them for a weekend job. The trailer came fitted with a winch for easier loading/unloading without me asking for it. Made the whole job so much easier and safer. They have really thought about what they provide with the equipment so you have all the right tools you might need for your job.

Having to do a bathroom and toilet room renovation, it meant I was without facilities. Hiring a port-a-loo and port-a-shower for the duration of the job (6 weeks) made my life so much easier. Master Hire’s equipment was clean, shower came with gas bottle, heater, good shower head (normal comforts), prompt delivery from them and their communication was great. Thank you.

I hired a HORSE TRAILER from Master Hire Dalby. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I am an older woman and was with my daughter. I called and booked the float. It was ready and waiting for me when we arrived. The paperwork was easy and we were ready to go. The gentleman were fantastic. Assisted in making sure the trailer was correctly fitted to the vehicle and all safety fittings were secure. We were offered the light connecting adaptor and the safety d-shackles to ensure all was ok.On returning the float, again the men came out and disconnected the float from the vehicle for me. I am very thankful for their help. The trailer was well maintained and in good working order.I will certainly be recommending them to family and friends.Absolutely great service. Everything about my experience here was great.I hired a 2200 psi pressure washer.The booking team were helpful.However, the site team were amazing - the guy in the workshop took me through everything on how to use the machine and made me feel good I had hired the right tool for the job.The lady on the front desk was also really helpful and I felt very welcome.I initially was a little intimidated to hire, but I walked away feeling confident.When I returned the equipment I had a very similar experience.I will hire from here again, and soon.Excellent!!

I hired an enclosed furniture trailer for an intestate car parts removal. From my initial query I received outstanding service, with prompt and very courteous follow ups to secure the booking.his was followed by amazing service on picking the trailer up at the Gold Coast where the team fitted the trailer and gave me the instructions, without any prompt at all from me. On drop I received the same wonderful service from the team at Rocklea.The pricing was better than other providers and most of all, the service I got was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
The hire was awesome, the 1 tonne digger was resourced from Toowoomba by friendly Dalby staff for our weekend hire, and it was tidy, handed over efficiently and operation explained very clearly.The weekend hire rate was brilliant, the digger was cheap to run and did a great job. Due to clay in our soil, I would probably look at the 1.7-ton next time, and we will be staying with Dalby Masterhire for our hire needs.It really was a great experience, and I will be recommending Masterhire, and especially Dalby branch, to all my friends.
