We recently had the pleasure of hiring a toilet from Master Hire and the experience was fantastic, what an awesome team!! From start to finish, the process of hiring was incredibly easy. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, making it a breeze to reach out with any questions. There were absolutely no hassles (but I’m sure if we needed any assistance they would be there in a heartbeat). The toilet itself was spotless and in immaculate condition, plus the price was great! Jack from MasterHire goes more out the way than I would expect any normal Hire assistant to go! Everytime I go into the store he consistently provides me and my business partner with advice on the best equipment to use and always tries to get us the best deal that beats all other competition in the area. We needed to move two horses from Brisbane to Tara and one from Rosalie Plains to Tara with very little notice. When I called Master Hire in Dalby they were very helpful and suggested that a weekend hire was my best option. Collecting the trailer after midday on Friday and returning it before midday on Monday. Was a nice surprise to find out you get the entire weekend until Monday morning for the cost of only one day.Staff were nice and gave a good demo on how to use the equipment. Helped me load it in the ute and off I went. He even let me know that there was a weekend special for the carpet shampooer, a weekend hire for a day rate. I picked up the item was another colleague but I didn't get his name, he was delightful as well. He gave me a comprehensive run down on how to operate the cleaner. I hired a HORSE TRAILER from Master Hire Dalby. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I am an older woman and was with my daughter. I called and booked the float. It was ready and waiting for me when we arrived. The paperwork was easy and we were ready to go. The gentleman were fantastic. Assisted in making sure the trailer was correctly fitted to the vehicle and all safety fittings were secure. We were offered the light connecting adaptor and the safety d-shackles to ensure all was ok.On returning the float, again the men came out and disconnected the float from the vehicle for me. I am very thankful for their help. The trailer was well maintained and in good working order.I will certainly be recommending them to family and friends.Absolutely great service.
