Pneumatic Pole Tampers
Master Hire’s pneumatic pole tampers or air rammers are used in construction and landscaping industries to compact soil around foundations and structures, and is ideal for compacting or tamping the soil in trenches. These rammers or pole tampers are required to be powered by a suitable air compressor. A 19mm (3/4″) air hose is also required to operate. They are only 1270mm long and weigh only 19kg, so can fit in the back of a ute tray.
