Rumble Grids
Master Hire’s rumble grids are designed for environmental control and will shake off debris, mud and dirt from a vehicle’s tyres and undercarriage. The unit works by having steel bars/angles spaced far enough apart that as the vehicle travels over them it will bounce and shake the suspension and tyres. Rumble grids help with environmental and construction soil management plans. The rumble grids available to hire from Master Hire are generally 4m long, 2m wide and 0.2m high and have a 4 tonne per axle @ 10km/h rating, however this may vary depending on the model. The units are made from heavy duty steel and are ideal for use at construction sites and other road works projects. Our rumble grids can be placed next to or in front of each other for additional controls and have lifting points as well as fork slots for safe lifting and handling on the jobsite.
